About The Position

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Security Specialist, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The Industrial Security Specialist will work as a member of an integrated team responsible for security programs of the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. This role provides multi-disciplined security support for Arnold Engineering & Development Complex (AEDC) test programs at all classification levels. Candidates must be self-driven and results-oriented capable of effectively articulating and presenting comprehensive security-based recommendations in support of test and technology projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in security administration, industrial security, or general administrative operations; OR a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain active security clearance and maintain authorized user access to the AEDC local network
U.S. Citizenship is required as a prerequisite to obtain and maintain the necessary federal security clearance

Nice To Haves

Active security clearance
Formal training in security as defined by the National Industrial Security Operating Program (NISPOM) such as certification as Industrial Security Professional (ISP) or Security Professional Educational Development (SPED) certification, FSO certification.
Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

Provide security guidance, policy development, and oversight for all aspects of test projects, analysis projects, and technology projects.
Provide pre-test planning
Create detailed test security
Train project personnel on security requirements
Establish security protocols in work areas required for test
Validate entry authorization
Perform pre-test and post-test work area
Create Foreign National Visitor Control plans
Conduct personnel entry and exit inspections in secured areas
Perform classification reviews of materials
Ensure all materials are properly handled
Process inbound and outbound classified test articles and documentation
Perform destruction of classified materials
Process documents and magnetic media for accountability
Audit security processes to ensure policy compliance and quality standards
Performs other duties as assigned by FSO and/or Security Manager
