As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Valid Alberta Security License
• 1 - 3 years of security supervisor experience
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 0630 - 1430
• Ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information and exercise good judgment and discretion
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing envrionment
• Must have advanced computer skills
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Able to work in a team environment or independantly as required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Liase with client, contractors, tenants, and emergency services
• Use and review of CCTV and access control systems
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Coordinate day to day operations
• Providing excellent customer service
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties
