As an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 located in Redondo Beach, CA, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Our opportunity is counterintelligence (CI) and insider threat focused. The Industrial Security Analyst will manage a portfolio within the counterintelligence and insider threat program for the Northrop Grumman Space Sector (NGSP).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 4 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access
Requires ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
Requires leadership ability to work independently to represent Northrop Grumman

Responsibilities

Protect classified and proprietary information from external and internal threats
Work with Security and program personnel to provide CI and insider threat protection and awareness within classified areas in furtherance of customer contract requirements
Conduct counterintelligence and insider threat investigations
Develop and implement awareness campaigns across this sector and in collaboration with the NGSP Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Manager
Establish internal and external partnerships
Review available intelligence sources, conduct tailored presentations and perform threat and vulnerability analysis
Develop methods to protect employees and proprietary information during CONUS and OCONUS travel
Work collaboratively with Space Park Security to assist in other security matters
Travel periodically to other NGSP facilities across the sector in furtherance of the duties statues above
Effectively engage with team members on task completion
Recognize opportunities and take independent action at resolving challenges
Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills
Apply strong skills in team building
Educate and mentor team members
Other duties as assigned
