Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 2/CPSO. This CPSO position, for the support of a program(s) as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: supporting a fast-paced, high profile program; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.). Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and related briefings. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience (An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's)
  • Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures
  • Current Active Top Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DISS, SIMS, and or JADE
  • CPSO experience
