What you'll do Be the liaison for manufacturing customers—open, proactive, and relationship-driven. Enter customer orders into the company system quickly and accurately. Track orders end-to-end and provide timely status updates. Maintain manufacturing software and database records to keep information current. Prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Communicate order changes and critical details to the right departments without delay. Respond promptly to calls and emails. Complete assigned Excel projects. Supply data and sales forecasts supporting material planning and scheduling. Prepare and submit periodic activity, sales volume, and expense reports. Update and refine Inside Sales Work Instructions to reflect current best practices. Handle additional related duties as assigned. What you'll bring High energy and excellent communication. Exposure to manufacturing and/or fabrication processes and equipment. Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office. Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime when required. Confidence working independently and as part of a team. Reliability, flexibility, detail orientation, and strong organization. A strong sense of urgency serving internal and external customers. 5 years' experience using an ERP system. Requirements
