About The Position

We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to oversee the rollout, configuration, and successful user adoption of Vantagepoint as we migrate from Deltek Vision. This position plays a key role in ensuring the system is fully integrated, optimized for our business needs, and embraced by end users, ultimately driving stronger processes and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Vantagepoint (ERP).
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end ERP deployment.
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation.
  • Experience in data management and integration.
  • Ability to conduct training and provide support.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and system optimization.

  • Technical expertise in ERP systems, especially Deltek and Vantagepoint.
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Business acumen in finance, accounting, and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
  • Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Configure and customize ERP modules to align with business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Analyze current workflows and integrate them with ERP functionalities.
  • Document and maintain end-to-end processes across departments.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems to ERP platforms.
  • Implement and maintain EDI interfaces and system integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity through exception reporting.
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop supporting documentation.
  • Provide technical support during and after the implementation phase.
  • Facilitate change management to ensure successful user adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
