About the Role:The Industrial Sales Director is responsible for managing a sales team (Direct and Indirect) to achieve assigned sales goals through the delivery of Industrial strategy and financial performance targets within the assigned geography. The role is accountable for delivery of industrial objectives in the assigned geography / sector including Volume, Turnover, Cash and Overdue through their teamThe role supports the development and implementation of long and short term strategies and customer / distributor retention and growth programs! This role is also responsible to develop and execute the strategy for our Aerospace and Aviation specialties business, a critical component of the strategy.Location: This position will cover the United States, west of Illinois - preference is that the position be based in IL or TX, but we are open to individuals working remotely anywhere within the territory.
