Position Purpose Secure and manage refrigeration maintenance service contract sales with determination and persistency in conjunction with personal booking plan at company approved pricing standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous service or maintenance sales experience is a plus.
  • Business-to-business sales experience is preferred.
  • College degree in sales or related field is a plus.
  • Refrigeration or HVAC system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively sell Refrigeration Programs.
  • Appraise and inventory mechanical systems and equipment to determine maintenance needs and requirements.
  • Interpret drawings, equipment condition, time requirements, and working conditions to accurately apply company pricing.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and cancellations with an effective plan of action.
  • Promptly follow up on any leads and referrals.
  • Prepare complete, clear and concise reports, proposals, job packages, and other required company paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Continue to identify prospects through cold calling, research, networking, etc.
  • Maintain contact with potential customers and follow-up periodically.
  • Effectively communicate the maintenance program options and work with the customer to determine the best option for them.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Support and maintain a Lean working environment.
  • Effectively work in a collaborative group to achieve results.
  • Other duties as assigned.
