About The Position

JLL is seeking an Industrial Property Manager to join their growing team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. This role is responsible for providing direct management oversight for assigned Industrial properties, aiming to maximize NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Key responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. The Property Manager will provide leadership, outstanding customer service, and manage an industrial portfolio, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction. This includes preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing staff. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain successful relationships with building owners and tenants. The ideal candidate will contribute to establishing and refining work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices, while fostering successful, diverse teams through inclusive communication. Embracing the human side of business, the Property Manager will be people-focused, understanding the needs, perspectives, and motivations of clients and team members, utilizing strong communication and relationship management skills for conflict resolution and client retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, with recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare being a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other related financial reports.
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
  • AZ Real Estate License required within 180 days.
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of technology tools and a continuous desire to develop technical skillsets.
  • Proven track record of results, ability to act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
