About The Position

The Industrial Project Manager owns electrical and instrumentation projects in operating industrial facilities, managing the full lifecycle from award through commissioning, turnover, and closeout. The role is accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships across assigned projects. Work commonly takes place in water and wastewater treatment plants, manufacturing facilities, and classified hazardous locations that must remain operational. Project execution therefore requires planning around shutdown windows and live-system tie-ins, as well as coordinating long-lead procurement, control-panel fabrication, and startup activities. The position is office-based, with regular visits to active jobsites and operating industrial facilities. Work is primarily performed at a desk and computer, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Site visits require personal protective equipment and may involve noise, dust, weather, and classified or confined areas. Occasional work outside standard hours is expected to support shutdown windows and system cutovers.
