The Rotor Core Value Stream Industrial Program Manager will be responsible for the GTFA transitions across the Rotor Core Value Stream. This Industrial Program Manager will serve as the primary representative for projects under management building relationships through transparency, responsiveness, urgency, and delivery upon project commitments. Lead cross functional teams and interfacing directly with all accountable individuals within project scope. Drive business-impact through sense of urgency and decision making authority to ensure results-oriented execution. Lead cross functional business critical initiatives improving operational performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 or more years of experience in an operations management, program management, supply chain, engineering, or digital technology environment; OR a Master's degree and 5 or more years of in an operations management, program management, supply chain, engineering, or digital technology environment
  • In absence of a degree, High School diploma/GED and 12 or more years of experience in an operations management, program management, supply chain, engineering, or digital technology environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated ability to work and motivate internal/external customers and cross-disciplinary team members.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in a STEM field
  • Advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma) (CORE)
  • Program Management Certification

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for critical project schedules
  • Be accountable for risk and opportunity identification resolution across managed projects
  • Escalate items for immediate resolution that could impact project cost, schedule, or deliverables
