About The Position

This is an entry-level, full-time position responsible for assisting in the production of plastic pipe. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and clean work environment, ensuring product quality, and supporting the production line under the guidance of a Leadman. The position is open to all shifts and requires flexibility for overtime and weekend work.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of production/manufacturing experience
• Able to lift 30 lbs. repetitively
• Strong manual dexterity, fast-hands
• Mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working around moving machinery in a loud environment
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Nice To Haves

• Certified forklift operator

Responsibilities

• Check the pipe for defects and report any problems.
• Help keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety rules at all times.
• Help other operators when needed.
• Report machine issues right away.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and do physical tasks (bending, climbing, reaching).
• Work overtime or different shifts if needed.
• Use a forklift only if you are certified.
