About The Position

Planning, directing, or coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products IAW cost, schedule, quality, and quantity specifications Supervising and coordinating the work of employees who are within the program Ensuring overall quality and productivity are maintained within the program Identifying and resolving operational issues Preparing work schedules, assigning work, and overseeing the work product Providing assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements Monitoring and controlling work in progress for technical adequacy FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD #LI-TF1

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading production efforts
  • 3+ years of experience with the production of communication systems, networks, or technologies
  • Master’s degree in engineering or engineering discipline, Computer Science or IT discipline, or other technical discipline
  • Direct experience manufacturing products IAW cost, schedule, quality, and quantity specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality control
  • Excellent problem solving and planning skills
  • Direct experience creating schedules, assigning work, and overseeing projects
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Possess a current DoD Top Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of experience leading production efforts for DoD projects and/or programs
  • Direct experience with NAWCAD WOLF production efforts
  • 10+ years of experience with the production of communication systems, networks, or technologies
