Requirements

HS diploma / GED
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
2 years experience spraying wet paint with conventional or HVLP equipment
Experience setting up and tearing down tooling and fixturing used for production runs.
Regularly lift 10-15 lbs, Occasional lifting of 20-30 lbs

Responsibilities

Preparing a surface for painting and applying paints using conventional spray equipment
Repairing surface defects before application of paint
Mixing of paint
Assessing initial application and reapplying paint when necessary
Paint application must meet drawing specifications and may require masking areas that are not to be painted
Responsible for maintaining inventory of paint and supplies
