About The Position
Join Our Team as an Industrial Prevention Specialist Are you a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in workplace health and safety? We�re seeking a highly qualified and personable Industrial Clinician to join our team and deliver exceptional injury prevention services. Position Details Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Availability: Schedule may vary based on client needs but will not exceed 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC, MAT, LAT), Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant or EMT.
- Strong interest in preventative care and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-employment screenings
- Provide body mechanics training and job coaching
- Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments
- Develop wellness and work simulation programs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Implement on-site prevention programs
- Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and leadership
- Track and report program outcomes
