About The Position
Arlington County's Department of Environmental Services (DES) is seeking an Industrial Power and Control Technician to join their team at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). The WPCP operates and maintains the County's wastewater treatment infrastructure, ensuring compliance with federal and state environmental regulations. This Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial control systems and equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and protective relays, and manages projects supporting the Plant's critical infrastructure.
