About The Position
We are seeking an Industrial Powder Coater for a full-time position at a local facility that focuses on metal fabrication. The role involves preparing, powder coating, and finishing fabricated parts. The shift is flexible with both 1st and 2nd shifts available. The pay is $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of Powder Coat experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating, including sanding, masking, and applying pre-treatment.
- Apply powder coating materials to a variety of fabricated parts using spray equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and adherence to company standards.
- Touch up, rework, or recoat parts when necessary.
