This includes mechanical utility piping systems such as hot water, chilled water, steam, compressed air, sewer, chemicals, fuel oil, and gases, all while adhering to local and state codes. The position requires working in confined spaces, at heights, and operating equipment like ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, and fork trucks.
