Requirements

Must successfully complete and maintain the Lassonde Pappas Forklift Certification.
Ability to Read and Write
Work in a safe manner following all PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Performs daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation tasks (Master Cleaning Schedule)
Completion of end of production sanitation on all applicable lines
Follow all sanitation safety and food safety guidelines
Support Production CIPs (Frozen wash tunnel/capper CIP)
Complete all associated documents related to task per facility document requirements
Work with chemicals to complete cleaning
Assist in training of new hires (forms, procedures, daily tasks, building layout, etc..)
Take and record accurate chemical inventory weekly
Check and record chemical dilutions weekly
Operate PIT equipment
Operate Cleaning equipment
Environmental sampling (collection, shipping/plating, interpretation, and recording of results)
Direct efforts of Sanitation Technicians
Report issues or insufficiencies and inefficiencies to supervisor/manager
Report mechanical issues or sanitation equipment issues to supervisor/manager
Compile end of week email/ maintain communication with supervisory/management team (email/phone)
This role will be required to taste test products as needed, up to a couple of ounces per test.
