About The Position

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking an experienced Paramedic to provide part-time, as-needed on-site medical coverage in Bear River City, Utah. This role offers flexible hours and competitive pay, focusing on injury prevention, workforce wellness, and job site safety rather than traditional reactive EMS work. As an On-Site Occupational Health Paramedic, you will work in a dedicated clinic setting, supporting workers and site leadership. You will play a key role in keeping the workforce healthy, safe, and productive, collaborating closely with safety teams. This is a proactive role focused on building relationships, providing ongoing care, and contributing to a culture of safety.

Requirements

  • Current Utah Paramedic License (required)
  • Current ACLS certification (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of paramedic experience
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA-10 Certification (required within 90 days; company provided)
  • Experience in emergency, industrial, or occupational health settings (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assess, triage, and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries
  • Provide first aid and emergency response when needed
  • Deliver follow-up care using evidence-based protocols
  • Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
  • Conduct drug screenings and occupational health testing
  • Monitor worker health and provide wellness guidance
  • Support workers’ compensation and risk management processes
  • Collaborate with site safety teams and leadership
  • Coordinate with local EMS for higher-level care when necessary
