RODI Systems Corp is looking for a skilled Industrial Panel Assembler & Wirer to join their team in Aztec, NM. Requirements

Experience in industrial panel building, electrical assembly, or control panel wiring
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Familiarity with electrical components including PLCs, VFDs, relays, and terminal blocks
Knowledge of safe electrical work practices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment

Nice To Haves

Electrical trade certification or vocational training is a plus

Responsibilities

Assemble and wire industrial control panels according to engineering drawings and schematics
Install components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and other electrical devices
Route, cut, label, and terminate wiring
Perform quality checks and inspections on completed panel and controls assemblies
Troubleshoot wiring issues and resolve discrepancies between drawings and physical builds
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet production schedules and specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
