Industrial Painter – Wet Paint & Powder Coating (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
About The Position
Top Metal Solutions LLC is a growing metal fabrication company specializing in CNC cutting, welding, structural fabrication, racks, and industrial finishing services. We are seeking dependable, hard-working team members ready to build a long-term career with us. We are seeking a qualified candidate to support painting and coating operations in our metal fabrication facility. This position focuses on preparing metal parts, applying wet paint and powder coating, operating spray equipment, and ensuring high-quality finished products. Candidates with manufacturing, automotive paint, or industrial coating experience are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following: Industrial Painting, Powder Coating, Wet Paint, Automotive Paint, Manufacturing / Production
- Experience using spray guns or painting equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with good attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for paint or powder coating.
- Sand, clean, mask, and stage materials.
- Apply wet paint and powder coating to metal components.
- Operate spray guns, paint booths, ovens, and coating equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for quality, thickness, and appearance.
- Touch up defects when needed.
- Follow production schedules and daily priorities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow PPE, safety, and quality procedures.
- Assist other production areas when needed.
