Requirements

Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing painting preferred
Familiarity with spray painting equipment and surface preparation techniques
Knowledge of industrial coatings, primers, and finishing systems
Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or finishing specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper handling of paints and solvents

Responsibilities

Apply industrial coatings, paints, and finishes to metal components and fabricated products
Operate spray guns, airless sprayers, and other industrial painting equipment
Mix and match paints and coatings to achieve proper viscosity and color specifications
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials and solvents
Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials
