About The Position
Prysmian is seeking an Industrial Painter proficient in brush and roll techniques. While spray equipment knowledge is a plus, the core requirements involve skilled application of various paint types and surface preparation. The role demands the ability to operate essential tools and equipment, distinguish colors accurately, and maintain dependable transportation. Flexibility in hours, including potential weekend, night, and holiday work, is necessary. Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am-3 pm, with flexible hours potentially extending beyond this.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in commercial and Industrial paint and coating applications.
- Dependable transportation
- Flexibility on hours, including potential weekends, nights, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and use of all spray equipment is a plus.
- Reference is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in brush and roll capability/techniques with Latex, oil base, and epoxy paints.
- Prepare all surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless, etc.) for paint application.
- Operate lifts, ladders, and power tools.
- Distinguish color on charts, fan decks, and labels.
