About The Position
At High Steel Structures, we fabricate the backbone of America’s infrastructure, specializing in complex bridge and transportation projects. We are seeking experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters for our 3rd shift team in Williamsport, PA. This role involves preparing metal surfaces and applying standard finishes such as paint and metalizing to machined parts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to work from prints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments desired
Responsibilities
- Performing various tasks to prepare metal surfaces
- Applying standard finishes to machined parts, including paint and metalizing
- Ability to apply specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members
