About The Position

At Wildeck in Waukesha, WI, the Industrial Paint Line Material Handler will be responsible for keeping parts moving smoothly into and out of the paint booth. This role involves reviewing work orders, staging material, and coordinating with the Manufacturing Supervisor to meet production goals. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Material handling proficiency
Physical readiness to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs, and on occasion more than 100 lbs when turning parts, depending on the part being painted
Clear communication and strong teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Forklift or overhead crane experience

Responsibilities

Read work orders and take verbal direction to identify what needs to be loaded, unloaded, or moved in the paint area
Secure lifting attachments to materials, move them to the correct destination, and place items on racks near the booth
Count and record units moved so production stays accurate and on schedule
Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band them for safe handling
Lift parts by hand as needed or operate a hoist/crane to position larger pieces
