The Industrial Outside Sales Representative will drive sales and profitability of industrial safety supplies, rental services, and manpower to various industrial sectors including Oil and Gas Refineries, Steel Mills, General Construction Contractors, Chemical Plants, and Power Plants. This role is responsible for developing and implementing business objectives and a sales strategy to aggressively expand market share. The representative will also be responsible for sustaining a cultural discipline and mindset consistent with the overall goals of the organization. Key activities include evaluating the market for safety products and services in Southeastern Texas, specifically Corpus Christi, growing market share to achieve and exceed company targets, developing customer relationship plans for after-sales support and account growth, negotiating pricing and terms, and reporting on marketing activities and sales metrics. The role requires staying abreast of customer safety requirements and meeting customer satisfaction requirements.
