About The Position

Sapsol Technologies is urgently sourcing Local Mechanical Engineers for 100% Onsite positions in Irvine, CA. Candidates must be local (within a 1-hour drive) to attend an in-person client interview. This role focuses on Electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analysis for high-speed electric motors (operating up to 70,000 RPM) for fans, pumps, and compressors.

Requirements

• Must reside within a 1-hour commute / driving distance of Irvine, CA (100% Onsite + Mandatory F2F Interview).
• U.S. Citizens ONLY (Strict Client Constraint).
• Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Energy/Power, Robotics, or Automation domains.
• High-RPM motor sizing.
• CAD modeling.
• Experience with lamination stacks/magnets/insulation.
• Performance testing (torque, efficiency, thermal, vibration, noise).
• FEA/CFD experience.

Responsibilities
