GM Canada is hiring Industrial Millwright Mechanics at their Oshawa Assembly facility. This is an onsite, full-time role. Requirements
- High School education with a valid Millwright License
- Successful completion of Canadian Millwright Apprenticeship Program
- Basic Computer Skills
- Must be available to work any shift
- Ability to work scheduled overtime as required
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience
- Heavy Equipment license
- Broderson Dual Ticket
Responsibilities
- Safely repair, overhaul, install, replace and/or perform preventative maintenance on various types of equipment
- Fabricate parts and assemblies from blueprints or scratch
- Troubleshoot robotic welding cells, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, valves, cylinders, conveyance systems, gear boxes and pumps
