We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)
to support our manufacturing operations in Cullman, Alabama. This role is
critical in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and
supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Requirements

• Experience diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automated systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints, including pneumatic schematics
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze production issues and escalate as needed

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related mechanical/electrical field preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment
• Work with a variety of systems including pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and computer-controlled equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is production-ready
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls to minimize production downtime
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Perform equipment calibration as needed
• Communicate critical updates with team members and leadership
• Participate in continuous improvement and production growth projects
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
