About The Position

Pinnacle Corrugated, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners and a leader in the corrugated manufacturing industry, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for its Landis, NC location. This role involves troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial corrugated equipment and machinery. Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience with Electrical and Mechanical Systems.
• Experience with computers in an industrial environment including hardware, software & network configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and motors.
• Knowledge of computers and automated machines.
• Strong maintenance electrical background (manufacturing preferred) in AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes.
• Excellent people skills and communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
• Computer competence and experience with the Microsoft suite.
• An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team.
• Ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
• Willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and electrical functions, troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies, and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PMs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems of plant machinery.
• Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world-class results; ensure all equipment is running properly and meets operational requirements.
• Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately; complete online safety training each month as assigned.
• Work within specifications and drawings, responsible for ensuring completion, and minimizing waste within set dates and times.
• Perform other corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
