Requirements
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with industrial equipment, tools, and diagnostic systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work across multiple company facilities as needed
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to automation or PLC systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Support automation systems including controllers, tank monitoring systems, and communication devices
- Help improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant safety
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and work orders
- Work closely with operations and leadership to keep production running smoothly
