Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with automated processing and packaging equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Install, modify, and improve production equipment
• Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime
• Complete maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation
• Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety standards
• Partner with production and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
