About The Position

Del Conca USA is seeking a highly motivated, skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Loudon, TN. In this role, you will perform highly diversified maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production and facility machinery. Using safety-focused, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, you will ensure our state-of-the-art facility maintains peak operational efficiency. One position is for our C-Shift (Wed = Noon - 6pm then Thurs, Fri, Sat = 6am - 6pm). One position is for our B-Shift (Sunday - Tuesday=6pm - 6am and Wed=6pm – Midnight).

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior industrial maintenance or mechanical experience in a manufacturing or commercial production environment is required.
Proven experience with heavy hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery repair.
Highly motivated and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willing and able to work on-call to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Nice To Haves

An Associate degree (AA) in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical control systems and 3-phase motors.
Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including advanced pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated production equipment.
Perform routine, scheduled PMs on machinery, facility systems, and shop equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
Conduct fast, efficient, unscheduled emergency repairs during active production runs.
Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and simple machine shop tools as required.
Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company safety protocols, maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones.
