About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will partner with Maintenance and Facility leadership to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency. This role involves repairing production equipment safely and efficiently following breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. The technician will also fabricate, modify, and install new or existing equipment, support continuous improvement projects, and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. A clean and organized work environment is expected, along with the willingness to perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

Experience supporting equipment repair, fabrication, or general shop operations required
Ability to read and use precision gauges, drawings, and technical instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools
Willingness to be cross-trained and learn multiple job functions
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance, fabrication, or mechanical shop environment preferred
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain forklift certification is preferred

Responsibilities
