About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background and a problem-solver’s mindset. This role is ideal for someone who loves to tinker, diagnose, and fix—someone who thrives on figuring things out and making equipment run better than before. You’ll work with a wide range of proprietary machinery, so the ability to quickly learn new systems and interpret complex schematics is critical. You’ll be responsible for keeping production equipment running smoothly in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role is mechanically focused with strong involvement in pneumatics and hydraulics, plus basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting support. We’re also expanding and bringing in new production lines, so you’ll play a key role in helping install, test, and calibrate new equipment to get it up and running. If you’re a self-starter who takes initiative, asks the right questions, and gets the job done without needing to be micromanaged, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic PLCs
  • Familiarity with low-voltage wiring, sensors, motors, and encoders
  • Ability to read schematics and follow safety procedures
  • Comfortable working in hot, loud, or confined environments

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair proprietary production equipment, including conveyors, ball screws, and precision mechanical systems with tight tolerances.
  • Quickly understand new equipment using mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
  • Assist with setup, calibration, and testing of new production lines and machinery.
  • Perform routine lubrication, inspections, and replacement of wear components to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, cylinders, actuators, valves, and associated systems.
  • Support troubleshooting of low-voltage systems, including sensors, motors, and wiring. High-voltage handled by onsite electrician.
  • Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and control systems; no programming required.
  • Collaborate with operators, engineers, and other technicians to diagnose and resolve recurring or complex issues.
  • Identify root causes of breakdowns and recommend process or equipment improvements.
  • Accurately record maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment downtime.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off, holidays, and personal leave
  • Ongoing training and development
