About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will join Solenis’s Mohawk Labs team in Irving, Texas, supporting a dynamic and changing manufacturing environment. The role involves working with a broad range of processes, equipment, and facilities systems. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of many of the listed areas and greater expertise in some. The position is on the day shift with a four-day work week. The expected compensation range is $58,030 to $85,107, plus discretionary bonuses. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. Requirements

Working knowledge of many of the listed technical areas, with a higher level of expertise in a few.
Knowledge of troubleshooting processes and equipment.
Knowledge of hazardous chemicals and HAZWOPER training.
Knowledge of lockout/tagout, line breaks, and confined-space entry.
Knowledge of electrical equipment from 24 VDC through 480 VAC three-phase.
Knowledge of centrifugal, gear, and diaphragm pumps.
Knowledge of mixers and agitators, process automation, air compressors, and conveyors.
Knowledge of TIG welding and pipefitting.
Knowledge of instrumentation and computers.
Knowledge of general facilities maintenance, boilers and hot-oil heaters, cooling towers, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Support the Mohawk Labs team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot processes and equipment.
Work with manufacturing equipment and systems, including pumps, mixers, process automation, compressors, conveyors, instrumentation, and facility systems.
