As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the reliability of production equipment by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on steel processing equipment, performing preventive maintenance on machinery, motors, conveyors, and production equipment, and replacing or repairing components such as bearings, belts, motors, and gearboxes. You will also assist with basic electrical troubleshooting, perform fabrication and welding when needed, work safely using lockout/tagout procedures, support production teams during equipment breakdowns, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
