Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, maintenance manuals, and work instructions.
- Experience using CMMS software and maintaining detailed maintenance documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Technical certification, trade school training, or 6-12 months of related maintenance experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
- Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, and startup activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history within the CMMS system.
- Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
