About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its facility in Grand Prairie, TX. This role is crucial for supporting daily operations by maintaining and troubleshooting the facility’s conveyor systems, material-handling equipment, and related warehouse infrastructure. The position involves a blend of hands-on mechanical work, light assembly, preventive maintenance, and responding to equipment issues. The technician will also manage spare parts inventory and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure efficient and safe material flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a logistics or warehouse operation.
• 1-3 years of work experience working on conveyor systems.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Continuous improvement mindset with a thirst for learning and finding new and innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Detail-oriented and demonstrates the ability to identify solutions to resolve technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management.
• Team player attitude with the ability to influence.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, material-handling equipment (MHE), engraving equipment, pallet racking infrastructure, and other operations-related equipment.
• Manage the ticketing system and handle requests from the operational team regarding issues/emergencies with the conveyor system.
• Coordinate vendor relations for all operational equipment maintenance.
• Change/replace various parts on the conveyor as needed, such as rollers, O-rings, belts, and motors.
• Lead conveyor housekeeping tasks, including cleanliness, labeling, and organization.
• Maintain stock levels of conveyor spare parts to avoid shortages and propose orders for critical spare parts.
• Perform LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures during equipment repairs.
• Maintain and organize the stock of tools for performing repairs on the line.
• Support the engineering team with 3D printer maintenance.
• Manage floor visuals throughout the facility.
• Monitor and communicate with operations teams to report any adjustments to the conveyor.
• Participate in trainings to gain conveyor system knowledge and troubleshooting solutions.
• Assist with workstation, cart, and storage assembly for operational equipment.
