Requirements
- Mobile equipment experience, pipe fitting, industrial cleaning, and experience with maintenance on industrial processing equipment
- Welding experience (certification not needed)
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with industrial systems a plus
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and ability to travel for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and production equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and lockout/tagout requirements
- Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to improve equipment performance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
