Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Experience working with 480V-600V electrical systems, motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
Flexibility and reliability in shift work environments

Nice To Haves

Experience with roller and belt conveyor systems
Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems including 480V-600V equipment, motors, and VFDs.
Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems such as roller and belt conveyors.
Diagnose and resolve control system issues using knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.
Operate effectively during the 5 PM to 5 AM shift on a 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 3 days off schedule.
Achieve minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.
Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors and contribute to a world-class safety culture.
