About The Position

SRC Technologies Group is a Remanufacturing Solutions Provider focused on working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers to build successful rotating electrical and electronic offerings. The Industrial Maintenance Technician, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or designee, will assist the Maintenance department in the completion of basic maintenance projects and PM efforts. This role primarily performs routine, general maintenance tasks on machinery/electrical equipment, tooling and systems. Duties may include specialized tasks in electrical/electronics, mechanics, welding, plumbing, pneumatics/hydraulics, and carpentry. The technician will be the point person for the preventive maintenance process, including using MWR to develop reports to analyze and identify equipment problems, and will follow preventative maintenance and inspection measures for machinery and equipment. They will also participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company, while strictly following safety standards and wearing all required personal protective equipment in designated areas. Exemplary work attendance is required.
