About The Position
Industrial Maintenance Technicians are critical to keeping food manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role involves troubleshooting complex equipment, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The technician will help maximize equipment uptime while supporting production, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Automation Maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- PLC and HMI troubleshooting experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- Welding and fabrication experience (TIG preferred)
- Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, and industrial controls
- Ability to safely work with electrical systems up to 480V three-phase
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience in food manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
- Install, repair, and adjust motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, and production equipment
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Work closely with Production to quickly resolve equipment issues and improve machine reliability
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation using our CMMS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work environment
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, continuous improvement, and capital projects
- Follow all food safety, GMP, SQF, and workplace safety standards
