As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the reliability of production equipment by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on steel processing equipment, performing preventive maintenance on machinery, motors, conveyors, and production equipment, replacing or repairing components such as bearings, belts, motors, and gearboxes, assisting with basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, controls, sensors), performing fabrication and welding when needed, working safely using lockout/tagout procedures, supporting production teams during equipment breakdowns, and identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
