The Industrial Maintenance Technician (Journeyman Electrician) is responsible for maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of production equipment, facility systems, and utility infrastructure throughout the plant. This position requires journeyman-level electrical knowledge and experience to support troubleshooting, repair, installation, and improvement of industrial electrical and control systems. While electrical expertise is a critical requirement, this is fundamentally a hands-on maintenance position. The successful candidate will routinely perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, troubleshooting equipment, facility maintenance, and reliability improvement activities in addition to electrical work. Responsibilities may include inspecting and servicing production equipment, replacing mechanical components, supporting equipment installations, responding to breakdowns, and executing planned maintenance activities. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working across a wide variety of maintenance tasks, understands the importance of equipment reliability and up time, and can effectively transition between electrical and mechanical responsibilities based on operational needs. The ideal candidate is a safety-focused problem solver who thrives in a manufacturing environment, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to supporting continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility.
