ECHO Incorporated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician II. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and has the ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
- Experience with HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Knowledge of facility systems (lighting, dock equipment, roofing, fire systems, etc.)
- Welding & fabrication (steel, aluminum, plastic, etc.)
- Basic machining (lathe, mill, band saw, pipe bender)
- Electrical systems up to 480V (conduit, wiring, panels)
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting
- Compressed air systems knowledge
- Forklift/aerial lift maintenance
- Low and high voltage systems troubleshooting
- Experience with maintenance software systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
Nice To Haves
- Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and planned repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance and document work in maintenance systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks and projects simultaneously
- Support installation, fabrication, and modification of equipment
- Assist with spare parts inventory and organization (5S standards)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
