ECHO Incorporated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician II. This role requires a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and has the ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
  • Experience with HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repairs
  • Knowledge of facility systems (lighting, dock equipment, roofing, fire systems, etc.)
  • Welding & fabrication (steel, aluminum, plastic, etc.)
  • Basic machining (lathe, mill, band saw, pipe bender)
  • Electrical systems up to 480V (conduit, wiring, panels)
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting
  • Compressed air systems knowledge
  • Forklift/aerial lift maintenance
  • Low and high voltage systems troubleshooting
  • Experience with maintenance software systems
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Perform emergency and planned repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and document work in maintenance systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Support installation, fabrication, and modification of equipment
  • Assist with spare parts inventory and organization (5S standards)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed
