About The Position

This role is for an Industrial Maintenance Technician specializing in Electrical systems, performing preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment including PLC and CNC machines. The position is located in Deland, FL and is an on-site role. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance concepts
- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience at journeyman level
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of single and three (3) phase industrial electricity and power distribution
- Ability to climb, stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with steel microfibers
- Previous experience with CNC, PLC and low voltage controls
- Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical repairs and installations while following specifications from engineering and equipment manufacturers
- Interface with operators to ensure production equipment readiness and performance
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
