Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical (Night Shift)
About The Position
Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician specializing in Electrical work for their Deland, FL location. This role is crucial for maintaining industrial equipment, including PLC and CNC machines, ensuring their readiness and performance. The technician will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, electrical repairs, and installations, collaborating with operators and following engineering specifications. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance concepts
- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience at journeyman level
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of single and three (3) phase industrial electricity and power distribution
- Ability to climb, stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with steel microfibers
- Previous experience with CNC, PLC and low voltage controls
- Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical repairs and installations while following specifications from engineering and equipment manufacturers
- Interface with operators to ensure production equipment readiness and performance
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
Benefits
- Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential
