We’re looking for an experienced Electrical, Controls, or Maintenance Technician to join our Winsted, CT team. This is an opportunity to put your electrical, electronics, CNC, and PLC skills to work while supporting advanced manufacturing equipment and helping drive continuous improvement. If you enjoy figuring out why a machine isn’t working and knowing how to fix it, we want to hear from you! As a Maintenance Electronic Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading manufacturing equipment. Your day-to-day work may include: Troubleshooting CNC and PLC-controlled equipment using electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documentation Performing basic and advanced machine and plant wiring Using electrical test equipment to diagnose equipment issues Troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC servo drives, power supplies, and feedback devices Troubleshooting and replacing switches, sensors, and other electrical components Supporting equipment refurbishments, modifications, and upgrades Working with equipment vendors and outside service providers as needed Ordering parts and maintaining appropriate inventory levels Supporting 6S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards Participating in continuous improvement initiatives Completing job-specific training and following all Quality, EHS, and company policies Performing other duties as assigned.
